3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

4. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule:

A non-refundable advance payment (typically 50%) is required before project commencement.

Remaining payments are due upon milestone completion or before final file delivery.
Late Payments:

Late invoices may incur a fee of up to 10% per month of the outstanding balance.

Work may be paused until overdue payments are settled.
5. Service Deliverables
Deliverables vary depending on the service selected and will be outlined in the project proposal. Examples include:

7. Intellectual Property

Final approved deliverables become the property of the client once full payment is made.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for:

Errors resulting from incorrect client-provided information

Delays caused by client inaction or third-party services (e.g., printing partners, hosting providers)
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
9. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate the agreement if:

Refund Policy:

Advance payments are non-refundable.

Refunds for incomplete work will be granted only for work not yet initiated.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
