2. Services Provided

We offer a wide range of creative and digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Branding & Identity Design: Logo design, brand guidelines, naming, stationery.

  • Marketing Collateral: Brochures, Catalogues, Posters, Packaging, And Signage.

  • Digital Campaigns: Social Media Creatives, Ads, And Brand Storytelling Visuals.

  • Web & UI Design: Clean, Responsive Designs With User-Friendly Layouts.

  • Printing Solutions: Managed Through Trusted Third-Party Vendors In Indore To Ensure Consistent Colour Accuracy And Quality Output.

Each service package or project scope will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service execution.

  • Respond to communication and feedback requests to avoid project delays.

  • Ensure they have the rights or permissions for any content or materials supplied to us.

  • Collaborate throughout the duration of the project to facilitate smooth delivery.

Failure to provide required information or approvals may result in project delays.

4. Payment Terms

We offer multiple pricing models depending on the service:

  • Flat-rate pricing for predefined service packages.

  • Hourly billing for consultation-based or ongoing support services.

  • Project-based pricing for custom design or marketing projects.

Payment Schedule:

  • A non-refundable advance payment (typically 50%) is required before project commencement.

  • Remaining payments are due upon milestone completion or before final file delivery.

Late Payments:

  • Late invoices may incur a fee of up to 10% per month of the outstanding balance.

  • Work may be paused until overdue payments are settled.

5. Service Deliverables

Deliverables vary depending on the service selected and will be outlined in the project proposal. Examples include:

  • Branding files (logos, guidelines)

  • Digital marketing content (graphics, videos, copy)

  • Advertisements and campaign reports

  • Website design files, prototypes, or completed builds

Any work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to protecting client privacy and maintaining confidentiality regarding all information, data, and materials shared with us.

We do not sell or share client information with third parties except:

  • When required by law

  • When collaborating with trusted vendors (e.g., printing partners) solely for fulfilling project requirements

All vendors are expected to follow confidentiality standards.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • The Company retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, and working files.

  • Final approved deliverables become the property of the client once full payment is made.

  • The Company reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

Clients may not modify, resell, or redistribute our work without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for:

  • Fluctuations in website traffic, lead generation, or sales

  • Performance outcomes of digital marketing campaigns

  • Errors resulting from incorrect client-provided information

  • Delays caused by client inaction or third-party services (e.g., printing partners, hosting providers)

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

9. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate the agreement if:

  • The other party breaches key terms of the contract

  • The client fails to provide necessary materials or payments

  • There is mutual agreement to discontinue the project

Refund Policy:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for incomplete work will be granted only for work not yet initiated.

  • Fees for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Amendments

We may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
