Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last Updated : 17/11/2025

1. Introduction

At White Little Toothpick ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), we strive to deliver high‑quality creative, digital marketing, and design services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to project cancellations, refunds, and payments.

By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Service Nature and General Terms

Our services, including branding, design, digital marketing, website development, printing coordination, and strategy-based work, require significant time, creative effort, and resource allocation. Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds and cancellations are subject to specific conditions.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. Client-Initiated Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

  • Before work begins: Only the refundable portion of the advance (if any) will be considered. However, the standard advance payment is typically non-refundable.

  • After work has begun: Refunds are not available for work already completed or resources already allocated.

  • After major project milestones: Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

b. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

  • The client fails to provide necessary information or approvals.

  • Payments are delayed beyond specified timelines.

  • The project violates legal, ethical, or company policy guidelines.

In such cases, a partial refund (if applicable) may be considered for work not yet commenced.

4. Refund Policy

a. Advance Payments

All advance payments or booking fees are non-refundable, as they secure our time and resources.

b. Payments for Work Completed

Payments for completed stages, deliverables, or services already provided cannot be refunded.

c. Digital Services (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital marketing:

  • Fees for SEO, ads management, strategy, and content creation are non-refundable, even if expected results vary.

  • Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is governed by their own policies.

d. Printing & Third‑Party Services

Once a design has been approved and sent for printing or third‑party execution:

  • No refunds are possible.

  • Any issues with third‑party execution will be handled to the best of our ability, but the Company is not liable for external service errors.

5. Project Delays

Refunds will not be issued in cases where project delays occur due to:

  • Delayed client feedback or approvals

  • Incomplete information provided by the client

  • External factors beyond our control (e.g., vendor delays, technical issues)

6. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing performance (e.g., leads, sales, traffic, or social media growth) varies based on many external factors. Refunds will not be granted based on performance outcomes.

7. Change Requests and Scope Adjustments

Additional work requested beyond the agreed scope:

  • Will be charged separately.

  • Is not eligible for a refund once executed.

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Clients may request a refund or cancellation by contacting us directly with:

  • Project details

  • Reason for cancellation

Our team will review the request within 5–7 business days and communicate the decision.

9. Policy Updates

We may update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
