1. Introduction
White Little Toothpick ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to delivering high-quality creative, digital marketing, branding, and design services in a structured and timely manner. This Project Delivery Policy outlines how we plan, manage, execute, and deliver projects to ensure clarity, transparency, and smooth collaboration with our clients.
By proceeding with our services, you agree to the delivery practices described below.
2. Project Onboarding & Initiation
A project officially begins once the following conditions are met:
-
Scope of work is approved by both parties.
-
Advance payment or booking fee is received.
-
Required information, brand assets, and instructions are provided by the client.

A project timeline or estimated delivery schedule is then shared with the client.
3. Project Timeline & Milestones
Each project is divided into structured phases or milestones, such as:
-
Discovery & Research
-
Concept Development
-
Design & Content Creation
-
Revisions & Feedback Integration
-
Final Approval & Delivery

Estimated timelines are shared based on project complexity. These timelines may vary due to:
-
Client feedback delays
-
Additional revisions
-
Scope changes
-
Dependencies on third-party tools or vendors

Clients will be informed promptly if timeline adjustments are required.
4. Client Responsibilities During Delivery
To ensure timely delivery, clients must:
-
Provide clear instructions and accurate information.
-
Respond to feedback requests promptly.
-
Approve milestones or revisions without unnecessary delays.
-
Share required materials (logos, images, copy, passwords, etc.) on time.

Delays in approvals or missing inputs may push project deadlines.
5. Delivery Format
Final project files or deliverables may be provided in formats such as:
-
Design files: JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, or PSD (depending on package)
-
Content files: DOCX, PDF, or shared documents
-
Website deliveries: Live website, staging link, or zipped files
-
Marketing deliverables: Editable templates, campaign creatives, strategy documents, or performance reports

Editable/source files are included only when specified in the service agreement.
6. Revision Policy
All projects include a limited number of revisions, as predefined in the proposal or package.
-
Additional revisions beyond the included limit will incur an extra charge.
-
Revisions unrelated to the original project scope (e.g., new layouts, new concepts) will be considered additional work.
7. Change Requests and Scope Adjustments
For services involving external platforms or vendors (such as printing, ad platforms, hosting providers):
-
Delivery timelines may depend on third-party processing times.
-
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by external vendors.
We coordinate closely with trusted partners to ensure smooth execution.
8. Final Approval & Project Closure
Upon completing the final deliverables:
-
The client will receive a final preview for approval.
-
Once approved, final files will be delivered.
-
Any changes requested after final approval may be billed as new work.
A project is considered completed once final deliverables are handed over.
9. Post-Delivery Support
Depending on the service type:
-
Limited post-delivery support may be offered for a short period (e.g., technical fixes or file clarifications).
-
Long-term support, maintenance, or content updates may require an additional service agreement.
10. Delays & Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays caused by:
-
Internet/technical failures
-
Unresponsive clients
-
Natural disasters or unforeseen events
-
Third-party service interruptions
In such cases, revised delivery timelines will be communicated.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Project Delivery Policy to reflect improvements or operational changes. All updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
